This documenting process calibrator provides unmatched power and flexibility for technicians calibrating and troubleshooting process control instrumentation. Calibrate temperature, pressure, voltage, current, resistance, and frequency with the ability to simultaneously measure and source all with one calibration meter. Perform four types of built-in automated calibration procedures including linear transmitter, square root devices, and one and two-point limit switches.
This unit has the ability to calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot HART instrumentation, and you can integrate HART communication functions allowing you to monitor and control HART instrumentation. This unit will handle fast pulsed instruments such as RTD transmitters and PLC’s, with pulses as short as 1 ms. The autostep function permits the calibrator to be used as a remote, continuously varying test source, and optional shunt supports for mA/mA applications. User-entered values will capture readings observed, measured or sourced. The built-in calculator (four functions plus SQRT) allows readings to be recalled from the measurement function, or to store calculation results to a source function. The rugged design provides protection against dirt, moisture and dust, and is unaffected by vibration.
DPC/Track Software allows you to manage your instruments and calibration data with ease. Set your own instructions and procedures on your PC and download them to the 744 documenting process calibrator. This software also provides you the ability to upload data to your PC and export data in standard ASCII format.
What’s included: two sets of industrial test leads (Fluke TL224), two sets of test clips (Fluke AC220), one set of test probes (TP220), battery pack, battery charger, instruction manual, NIST-traceable calibration report and data, serial port cable, HART communication cable, and a DPC/Track software sample.
